"We moved to Shrewsbury when I retired. We wanted to buy a small number of rental properties to provide a retirement income stream but did not know the area or the market. HB were extremely helpful in finding suitable properties, advising what work, if any, needed doing, in addition to providing estimates of rental income. Once we acquired the properties, HB did a great job of finding good tenants and managing any issues. Over the years some of the tenants have changed but HB have ensured that any gaps between tenancies are minimised, so maximising the income stream. The worst problem we had was a burst water pipe in one of the properties. HB were extremely helpful in meetings with the insurance company and getting the property back in good shape.
