Holland Broadbridge’s Lettings Team are trained to assist tenants to find properties to rent that will meet their requirements.


Having identified prospective properties from our website, Rightmove and On The Market an appointment will be arranged for you to view the property at a mutually convenient time. Most viewings will be accompanied by a Holland Broadbridge representative who will be able to provide immediate advice and answer any questions you may have.


Having selected a property, you will need to complete a written application or click on the links below to donwload and print out our tenant application form and, if applicable, also our guarantor form. At this time any details or requirements can be discussed, including occupancy date, duration of the letting etc.


Holland Broadbridge will request the following on behalf of the Landlord:

  • Credit check
  • Employment reference
  • Bank reference or statements where required
  • Landlord reference
  • Accountant’s reference if applicable


Rents are normally quoted on a calendar month basis. In addition, the tenant is normally responsible for Council Tax, Water Rates, Gas, Electricity, Oil, Telephone costs etc.  Rents are payable by standing order (unless alternative arrangements are agreed in advance) monthly in advance, with the first month’s rent due before taking occupation of the premises.

A deposit is required prior to occupation. This is equal to five weeks rent. All deposits managed by Holland Broadbridge will be lodged with The Deposit Protection Service. The deposit is held to cover any breakages, damage or other tenant liabilities in line with Deposit Protection Service Regulations.

Tenant Information

  • Holding Deposit equivalent to one week's rent
  • Surety deposit equivalent to five weeks rent
  • All deposits protected under a regulated Tenancy Deposit Scheme
