There are very bright prospects for the Shropshire housing market in 2024. We are predicting a significant upswing in Sales to build on a busy Q4 2023, along with further sustained growth in the superheated Rentals market.

For the former the anticipated reduction in interest rates will provide the defining stimulus, and for the latter demand in the region will continue to far outstrip demand. We see our average rental edging up the £1,000pcm mark.
